To provide a communication medium for young and old, rich and poor, indigenous and multicultural

To explore the richness of our multicultural society in the Canberra region
To give people the knowledge to make their TV programs from beginning to end
To Foster a good working relationship with the public and private sectors
To bring the wealth of educational resources we have in Canberra to the local and surrounding population
A forum for community issues including how CATV resources should be used to facilitate our place in the multimedia revolution
To teach people how to make quality children's and current affairs programs that are relevant to our community
